Getting started


When you can't get to the studio, the studio comes to you

Live, interactive online yoga streamed directly to your mobile device, laptop, pc, or interactive TV

It couldn't be easier to join a class, just follow the three simple steps below, and you too can join in the new wave of live interactive online yoga, and find a whole new community online.

Step 1

First things first, being a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, I maintain a high standard of care for my students, and this is equally as important for online students. So if you are a new student, the first step is to download, complete and return the Student Health Questionnaire to me at si@atherlotusfeet.com .  If you have already attended one of my classes, go straight to Step 2.  If you prefer to download the questionnaire and complete it by hand, then scan or take a photo and send it to me, this is perfectly acceptable.

Step 2

Next step, download the Zoom app, and sign up. Download the app onto the device that you would prefer to use.  Alternatively simply sign it on the Zoom website on your desktop, laptop or mobile device.

Step 3

Third and final step (and the best bit).....pick your perfect online class, and sign up!
Or if you already know what class you want to join, simply scroll down to the calendar below, click  and sign up.

Yoga is unique in its ability to directly combat and reduce stress at all levels, and lends itself perfectly to aiding the release of stress and its side effects, combining physical poses (asana), the use of the breath (pranayama), along with mindfulness and relaxation. As I find myself often saying to my regular students, “One of the beautiful aspects of yoga is that as individuals, we do not need to know what we need for ourselves. Simply get to our mats, and let the Yoga do the rest.”
